Layman's summary: The Siroco-Planning model schedules the operation of Endesa’s entire generation fleet, taking into account the secondary regulation market. This project improves the characterization of renewable generation assets (primarily wind and solar power) so that their provision of secondary regulation aligns with the actual physical scheduling that can be carried out.
